A few weeks ago we took the boys with us when we went to buy bedding plants. They both loved picking out the flowers.
Kaiden is tall enought to get the plant into the cart, but I had to be quick to help Trevin because he would just throw his in!
I also had to watch him or he would have brought home all the flowers.
Wake up Tito, Wake up Tito. Don't you know when you get down on the floor you are supposed to play with us. We have Lego towers to build and smash. We have cars to run down the track and smash. We have the ball to smash into the Lego Towers and the cars. Wake up Tito, Wake up Tito.
That's better!
Trevin is a little comedian. For weeks and weeks we have been trying to get him to say Gram. It went like this:
Us "Say Tito" Trevin "Tito"
Us "Say Kaiden" Trevin "Kaiden"
Us "Say MaMa" Trevin "MaMa"
Us "Say DaDa" Trevin "DaDa"
Us "Say Gram" Trevin "MaMa"
Us "Say Gram" Trevin "DaDa"
Us "Say Nana" Trevin "Nana"
Us "Say Gram" Trevin "Kaiden"
Us "Say Gram" Trevin "Balloon"
He would then give you a little smile and walk away. Little comedian.
But last Sunday he finally said it. "Grrr-am" making it sound like Tony the Tiger.
I'll take it and smile.
I just came across this picture looking for something else. Trevin had picked up a fly swatter and turned it into a horse. Love the imagination.
Trevin turned two today. He was into opening his presents,

xclaiming "Wow" as he opened everything from clothes to toys,
showing everyone what he got.
He was very happy with his birthday cake and Thomas the Train candle,
he just wasn't too happy with our singing, he actually cried! I know we aren't great singers, I just didn't realize we were that bad!
He did enjoy the cake though!
Most times when the kids come over they want music. Kid's music. The CD's with kids singing such classics as B-I-N-G-O and THIS LITTLE LIGHT OF MINE. Then they dance with all the joy and abandon only kids can.
Kaiden graduated from pre-school tonight. He is ready for kindergarten. It is hard to believe.
He wants to be a police officer when he grows up.
Each of the graduates were called forward for pictures to be taken. Trevin ran up to him and gave him a hug.
I love the look of love on his face.
